In relation to Deepika’s post, the only thing I would say is at least give that man the dignity of saying his name. He deserves that respect. With SRK’s tweet, I did not interpret the message with a negative or selfish intent. I see it as an acknowledgement of Sushant’s love for him as a fan.
Everyone knows that Sushant was a massive fan of SRK and looked up to him. What do you think Sushant’s reaction would have been if he were alive to see SRK acknowledging his love on Twitter? I would assume that he would be ecstatic to know that his idol is giving his love and esteem individual recognition. I know that I would personally be overjoyed if my favourite celebrity gave importance to my feelings.
He loved me so much. That line pretty much sums up the relationship they had. The equation between them was predominantly between an idol and a fan. I would have been annoyed if Shah had voiced an impersonal message of condolences, like most have. A person who once danced behind you, admired you from afar, skipped class to get your autograph and always professed his love for you in almost every interview, absolutely deserves his feelings to be given the respect, remembrance, and value owed to him. Damn right he loved you Shahrukh, don’t ever forget that. 💔
