Mental health is really serious issue now a days. We don't know what a person is suffering from inside . People say to others you re strong lekin khi bar isi pressure ki wajah se hum apne andar itna kuch rakh lete h ki wo andar andar humara dum ghot deta h or phir ek din hum use sehan nhi kr pate isliye better we start sharing our problems with our loved ones.

And as a good friend we must understand our friends, family, change behaviour

depression is a killer the person who is suffering has no control over himself he might be surrounded with people even talking to them with a smile and makes people think everything is fine but than the fact is the person has no control over himself and it blocks away all the positive thoughts and only lead you to negative thoughts and suicidal tendency such people if going through treatment need to take prolong medication otherwise it will be dangerous to them or people surrounded them as the person has no control over himself he doesn't know what he is doing to himself its like some force is driving him insane to do what he should nor be doing if never seek treatment please do so in early stages

It is now difficult to predict what was the actual reason which pushed him to take such step.Its also teaches us something.Whenever we see any actor we get affected by their stardom.But at the end of the day money and fame is temporary thing.It gives happiness which lived for short period.Everything is temporary in this world even our own life.This flim industry is such a platform which will take one at the top and drop them into ground in seconds.No real friend is there.Everywhere showing off which is not real.People confined themselves from within.They fear to share their problems if media get to know it will breaking news.And they keep burning from inside day by day.

So many peoples are commiting socide....this corona plus lockdown having tremendous negative impact on all the people.A person who is suffering from depression for whatever reason needs family.Family is the one whose support can make you and without them one will feel hollow from inside.

A depressed person confined in closed room...It must have been suffocating.

We must understand the true importance of having a family and genuine friends.Otherwise money fame all these are nothing....such materialistic things cant provide happiness to our soul.

this is what i call a true friend mahesh-sushant his tv friends and family(PR-KDMHMD team)are his true friends

its say that sushant call mahesh at 1.51am but than he did not pick up as he went to sleep when 8.30am mahesh saw his missed call and phone him back but sushant was not available the shocking part police dig further into the record sushant call mahesh at 9.30am but the line did not go through mahesh phone but in sushant call log list it was found

damn what cruel game destiny played if only the line go through sushant would not have left us mahesh is regretting he could save his brother if the line went through

gosh sushant was really depressed and it could be seen in his actions and the way of his talking he was actually suffering on depression i am shocked to see him in this way i mean he was so different during kdmhmd n pr interview time and look at him at this interviews his eyes is not glowing like it used to be when he smiles,he looks so lonely
