Overrated and underrated directors?

There are some really good directors who keep making amazing films...there also are directors are overrated and not as "talented" as they are proclaim to be.

For me:

Underrated:

Neeraj Pandey

Gauri Shinde

Shakun Batra

Vikramaditya Motwane

Raj Kumar Gupta

Overrated:

KJO

Bhansali

Raj Kumar Hirani

Rohit Shetty

Anurag Kashyap

Who fits these criteria of "underrated" and "overrated" acc. to you?

I also feel Shimit Amin, Nitesh Tiwari, Ashwini Iyer, Shoojit Sircar and Sujoy Ghosh are excellent but they have got their due(both in commercial and critical acclaim).
