He also directed Madhuri Dixit-anil Kapoor hit starer Rajkumar in 1996. Payal Meri jaadu jagati was quite a hit. Payal meri was said to copied from Gorge Michael's Faith but it seems more like a bit of an inspiration than a copy.

Jalwa was written by Kamlesh Pandey who also wrote four of Madhuri Dixit movies out of which 2 were blockbusters while other two were hits.

I have seen Rajkumar as well. But enjoyed Ab Aayega Maza and Peecha Karo the most 😆

Picha Karo was really funny, I mean really really funny. It is unfortunate it is not talked about much as it should be.
