If he makes a poll on his twitter account, it’s his choice who he wants to keep and who he wants to delete. Why are others so jobless to object to his personal twitter account poll?

Watching her act makes me feel awkward. Saying everything with a straight face, teary eyes and red nose is not called acting. One can emote in such a way for one character not each and every role they play. Everyone is not the same, some are restrained and do not show their emotion while others can be very expressive. She plays it all the same.

Nepotism i am not against but its monopoly i am against. Alia is known for snatching roles and scripts are written for her. She will never have number one title without *

And she is limited. She can't do period roles. And can u imagine her in aitraaz role? Lmao

I don't think she is overhyped at all, she doesn't even get credit most of the time.. It's always kjo blah n nepotism, her talent n hard work never get appreciated.. She is under appreciated be it her talent or stardom..

Why she would have waited for apprentice etc when she could have handled tough roles like a pro been naturally capable of doing it.

An inferior actress like Parineet been given author back roles right from start except one lvrb.

I think Alia is strictly average, so my point wasn't about her talent (or lack of it). It was more about why 10-12 films aren't enough to put someone on a list with other established actors. If male actors can get that privilege why can't women?

Spare Alia people

Alia was terrible in Highway. Her sob story left me unmoved. That role was beyond her capabilities at that point in her career. If it was given to her now she'd do a much better job. Alia started improving somewhat slightly with 2 states though the character required someone older and more natural.In Humpty Sharma ki dulhania she turned in a decent performance and was more confident in front of the camera. That's type of happy-go-lucky character that she should have been playing at that point in her career. Kapoor & sons and Shandaar more of the same with nothing extraordinary but slowly becoming better and better. With Udta Punjab she finally gave a stellar performance and proved that she's here to stay.

Parineeti's biggest asset is her confidence and swagger in front of the camera. With her first films Ladies vs Ricky Behl and Ishaqzaade she showed the level of confidence that it took Alia 3-4 films to learn. Pari can't however play the sort of broken or demure characters that Alia played in Udta Punjab or Raazi.But now Alia is much ahead in the race -both in terms of talent and confidence.

Its one thing to be given a role on platter and ruining it(Madam ji in Champak). And another thing to nail that role(Alia in many of her roles, in this case Raazi since it’s from the same director who did champak). Yes she is given roles on platter and she has privileges. Move on! We all know that. No need to keep crying over it. Only thing people should see is if she is making good use of that chance or wasting it. We have many star kids before her and after her who have tried and failed because they couldn’t make use of the chance they got. Alia’s success should be credited to her too, that she took those chances and succeeded. People who pull her down, continue to do, but she will continue to soar higher in her work and life.
