He’s the head of Maddock Films. Kriti is also very close to Mukesh Chobra who is a casting agent. She doesn’t have it as easy as Alia. But she doesn’t have it as hard as some other outsiders either. She’s Dinesh’s favorite and gets some good roles. Panipat didn’t work so it might take her a little longer to get big budget movies. She also has a very ambitious PR. Rest assured had Panipat worked they would have made sure to give her a lot of the credit and it would have worked too since Arjun has no box office credibility.

She’s not unlucky. She’s doing pretty well for herself with the help of Dinesh and other connections she’s made. But she’s also very smart. She complains about nepotism in a more subtle way compared to someone like Taapsee so her complains don’t grab the headlines and she avoids the negativity. Though I hope she stops that now that her sister is getting recognition through her (Kriti’s) name only.

Dinesh Vijan is yet to give a second project to nepokid Shraddha even though she starred in his biggest grosser till date and here Kriti is getting projects after projects under him ...lollllll

Apparently there is no one to push her career

Shes getting films under Maddock but they are also working with other actresses like Shraddha and now it's rumoured for Alia to star in a horror movie under the banner. She doesn't have a superstar recommending her for films or someone influential as Kjo pushing her to be in films that are most likely to work either due to the actor or director. Jahnvi, Ananya and Alia are being given ample opportunity in that sense.

I think she has star potential and I find her to be likeable on screen. Anyone who says she doesnt have "it"...well thats wrong because for an outsider she has really made quite a name for herself. The "it" comes from doing good films and memorable roles. If not for her roles, even alia wouldnt have that "it" she is clamied to have. In fact, I'd prefer to watch kriti in a kalank type role over alia anyday.

Lets not put the blame on Alia for getting "better roles" than her peers. That she does, but Kriti can make a name for herself from her own opportuntiies. She is still pretty new in the industry.

Let Shraddha star in 4 Maddock films first then we can have this discussion...untill then Kriti is a big gainer of favouritism...being backed by a relevant production house is a huge blessing ...Alia , Janhvi , Ananya benefit from KJo and Kriti benefits from Dinesh Vijan...

Not only Dinoo even Sajid Nadiadwala casted her her in big budget entertainers opposite Akki twice... He was the one who got her the dance number in Kalank and despite Kjo and the director wanting to drop the song to trim the film he insisted they keep the song.

Out of all the newbie outsiders she is the one who had big banner movies from the time of her debut. Debuted in a Sajid Nadidwala movie which was the launch pad of a nepo kid Tiger, second movie was a Rohit Shetty movie starring Varun, SRK, Kajol.
