Why RK-PC didn't do any film together after Barfi?

I genuinely do miss them in Bollywood infact I miss seeing them together in movies as well as off-screen. Wish they did more BW films then we'd not have to tolerate the untalented lot of new actors with zero screen presence. 😵

It's strange none thought of casting them together in a film which is performance oriented or commercial film after they delivered evergreen classic performance in Barfi. I mean they're the best acting duo of Bollywood. Had they done more movies like Barfi they'd have been the best acting duo with highest success rate this generation. Infact I don't mind watching Anjaani Anjaani for timepass. It's one of my guilty pleasures & both are my favourite actors alongwith Vidya. Infact I wished to seek RK and Vidya work together in a mature lovestory years ago but it's not possible now going by Vidya's current condition. It's truly unfortunate. Wish she could get back to her old self.

But RK-PC still can. Their chemistry is truly underrated and unexplored IMO. How adorable they looked together in Barfi. I even liked their pairing in Anjaana Anjaani too. Barfi cemented their legacices forever as an all time great in Indian Cinema. They should comeback & give audience another timeless classic like Barfi. Or they're at this stage of their career they'd not like to share screenspace with a-list actors in a leading role to give them equal limelight. Idk what's the issue it could be cuz of their off-screen bonding. They're no longer friends now. I don't think it has to do with PC being bff with Ranveer. But something must've happened behind the screen which we aren't aware of. They used to be such thick pals till 2014. The last time they were seen together was when they jointly hosted FilmFare in 2014, after that I haven't seen a single pic of them off-screen forget meeting as such! 🤔

Even I loved them as a pair. I wish these two do a movie together real soon.

They looked good together and its proof that what is most important is a good story only then onscreen chemistry will flourish. Wish peecee did more movies in India she is so good in the performance and typical desi movies.

they probably don't like each other. PC is on good terms with his parents though. She visited them when she was in NY and she invited Neetu to her bridal shower.

But then I remembered that he thought it would be a funny prank to throw her into the ocean thinking she didn’t know how to swim during AA. Luckily she’s a good swimmer and didn’t even flinch.

Plus Ranbir is in KJo camp, gossip gang etc.

I doubt they get along, they’re too different.

I’m glad others liked Anjana Anjani, it’s one of my fav movies. I relate to it on so many levels

Barfi was shot later after Anjaana Anjaani. If they had kept grudges or any big dispute they'd not have signed Barfi or agreed to co-host FilmFare 2014. Their camaraderie in the show was genuine and I've seen their BTS from FF 2014. I've seen them promoting Barfi too. It wasn't fake just for cameras. They both are thorough professionals when it comes to on-screen work. Don't think those prank or being in kjo camp would be the reason. Plus that was speculation. Her mom hasn't ever given video IF or mention RK's name neither PC has ever talked about it. We can't go around speculate and accuse such things until PC admits or writes in her own book which is releasing. If there's any truth to it she's definitely gonna clarify or mention about it. She's on good terms with his parents, Alia. How are they similar to PC? still she gets along with them. And who doesn't gossip? everyone does but those are insignificant things which has got nothing to do with working together in a film.

Idk what's the main reason but I've heard Basu wanted to take PC in Jagga Jasoos but RK wanted Katrina only.

If PC can work with SK after he wronged her in past and be on good terms with him after all the nonsense he's spoken about PC during Bharat controversy then why can't she be okay with RK! What major RK has done to PC?
