So Kartik Aryan's pr released and entire half page paid article in Ht cafe getting trade analysts to praise his performance in LAK. They also compared him to SRK, Ranbir and Ranveer not less, justifying that these actors have had flops too. Moreover, as stated earlier the film was criticized not because of Kartik’s performance but for the fact that Imitiaz did a shoddy work of repeating himself yet again.😂😂😂

Why does everyone have a panic attack every time they have a flop movie now ? What’s this entitlement to success ? I’ve never seen people like SRK or even some like Aishwarya who has so many flops - get so personally affected by flops.

because times have changed

i do remember back then audience were very forgiving..and having 5,6 flops even won't hamper someone much

also people were less critical on star kids..stars having flops

that is exactly why kareena..aish..survived giving so many flops in a row..but that was early 2000s..now times have changed

I think it's because of aggressive competition and pressure of an image to maintain and more when you are an outsider and have no backing. Some succumb to that pressure while some resort to such stunts. Also times have changed, actors are no more not replaceable. If one doesn't work, there's some one else waiting to take your place. It wasn't the same a decade or two back. May be that's the reason for the insecurity among the younger lot.

Because these people are secure in their stardom.....these aajkal ke nakli superstars know...that they survive from paycheck to paycheck...BW ke terms mein..Friday to Friday......2 movies flop and they will be out of people's mind.....unlike SRK or Aish....who are right at the top even if their movies flop.
