Vidya without depending on big stars had No One Killed Jessica and Ishiqya, both semi hits, and was highly praised for her roles.

Kareena without big stars failed in Milenge Milenge and We are Family. Golmaal 3 was a franchise aur acting toh tatti hi thi ush movie main, aur 3 Idiots main toh ghanta ka role tha.

So why so biased against Vidya??

I think Deepika was no. 1 of 2010-2019

If acting was the case only than Salman can should number 10 because he isn’t known for acting. Without depending on big stars Kat gave new york and mere brother ki dhulan and only race 1 was certified hit out of the franchise, race 2 was average as well as race 3 lol

Also, most of Katrina's films have worked because of external factors. She didn't contribute much to those films - instead she was there in flowerpot roles.

Deepika's contribution is much more. During the start of the decade, she was about 2–3 yrs in the industry. To be frank, she has seen success from the beginning itself starting with Om Shanti Om. She continued in big movies and in glamorous roles while parallely giving space for performance oriented roles. Her performance in Cocktail amongst the 3 main leads. Subsequently, she got prominence with her performance backed roles in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ramleela, Finding Fanny, Piku, Tamasha, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat.

deepika is like Rani who gave big competition in the mid decade to the ruling queen and at the end ash stayed number 1 same with Kat and she was most popular amongst the public despite her acting being average her looks and dancing skills appealed people more. Deepika barely could give an opening in her own, deepika herself is not a brilliant actress just better out of today’s commercial actress her acting is not wow acting like Sridevi or madhuri, she can’t dance where all the ruling queens also had great dancing prowess, Sridevi was not a trained dancer but she was still able to perform classical dancing and western dancing.
