It's the truth that Deepika was at her peak in Padmavaat and Bajirao and she has been a superstar since. I don't want to put Shahid, Ranveer Or Priyanka down. But Shahid didn't have Kabir Singh, Ranveer Simbaa and PC quantico success until then.

Just like how Chandni became a hit because of Sridevi the same way these movies worked because of her. But if anyone got offended then I'm sorry.

so you are saying bajirao and padmavat were hits only coz of deepika? you are seriously going to discredit everyone else that was in the film? Ranveer is a big part of both of those films and a star, pc is a well known and big star, and shahid may not have had great box office numbers at the time but he is still a well known star. And slb is also a major factor as to why the movies did well, his name is very well known

it takes a team to make a movie a success, yes deepika gets credit but so does everybody else, they all worked hard in the movies

You do understand that's a pretty poor growth for a multiplex oriented movie right with supposed "good content"?

All multiplex oriented movies these days have grown at a 60-%70% rate on Saturdays because that's the standard these days. It's growing from a measly 4ish crores to 6ish crore estimate Sat. That's nothing. Tanhaji is growing at a 40% from a 15 crore starting point. Even here you2's "it's a Saturday film" prediction was futile.

The writing was on the wall when the movie was flat from Friday evening onwards. But of course, dare to dream and wait out that one week! Don't mind my babbling. 👍🏼

BOI will remain center of the universe.Because they all have nothing to do with the rest of the world.

Deepika has had a perfect career in films.I hope who replaces her..has many good roles..unites her haters against her..stays relevant and makes a difference.

What Deepika fans feel today -I wish fans of other stars also get to experience.It is like the universities around the country coming alive.

I have only one wish..I hope she makes it to the TIME list again this year.
