Why is Vidya's act in Mission Mangal ignored?

Alia for Gully Boy....like seriously? Vidya in Mission Mangal was so much superior to her in every aspect. Hell, even Taapsee in Badla and Kangana in JHK were better performances. Yami getting Best Actor in comic role is a joke(pun unintended). Have these award shows seriously lost it?
