Do you realise what you're saying is absolutely stupid lol. Madhubala may havr had acting skills or she didn't, that is your opinion, if someone is going to play her, they will have to have good acting and impression skills to portray her as possible as they can.

But what will they impersonate? There's literally nothing outside her work that one can can portray. And her work is pretty much one tone so you don't have to have great acting skills to do that. And for the real life portions, the actress will anyways act like she normally does.

And anyways my reply was on the context about how there are arguments in the forum long back of how person x or person y is not suited to play Madhubala since they are zilch in front of her 'acting talent'. Context begins from the time Katrina was supposed to play MB in Kishore Kumar biopic.

Meena Kumari's biopic is so much more interesting.She was a poetess,playback singer..had lovers when married to Amrohi (Dharmendra & Gulzar are the more famous ones).She died of alcohol and a broken heart.Her talent & filmography is far greater than Madhubala.

Madhuri would have been a perfect choice had the movie been made two decades back. At present, I don't find anyone in BW who is as pretty as Madhubala was.
