Why no outrage on srk , Ranbir - Page 4

SRK literally chose the role because it was negative - he was in the phase of his career where he was exploring the villainous role. Baazigar, Darr and then Anjaam solidified SRK as a villain. While one can be sympathetic to the plight that led to his character's decisions, but he wasn't redeemed he was just shown in a sympathetic light. So I don't agree that he was an anti-hero, he was very much a villain in Baazigar. No one was whitewashing his actions, or his motivations, everyone knew that what SRK's character did was villainous, so it's not even a comparison. We sympathized with Baazigar's past, but it didn't absolve him of the crimes he committed through out the movie.

Wow. He is like those typical Delhi guys who taunt other guys when they protest catcalling and eveteasing of girls. Urgh. People on this forum constantly say 'Its just a movie'. But we all know what Vanga turned out to be.. now Shahid is turning out to be equally pathetic in his defence of those problematic actions. Either the success has gone to his head and he changed or he was this guy from the very start and now success is bringing out his ugly side.

What happened to him?? 🤦🤦 He should stop talking about KS... The movie was never a critic or media darling for him to go on defence like this. Just say it is what it is and move on... The movie made money and is his biggest hit. He is not getting any brownie points for talking like this.

This is first major hit and he is overwhelmed plus this brought out the real personality . I am so glad I always found him overrated in every sense. 😑
