Varun to get paid 33cr for Street Dancer?

Actor Varun Dhawan will reportedly earn a massive Rs 33 crore for his upcoming film, Street Dancer 3D. A Pinkvilla report quotes a source as saying that the actor’s considerable pull among the TV audience was the key reason behind the decision.

The source said, “Varun is clearly going to be one of the highest paid actors from the younger generation. He is being paid to the tune of Rs 33 crore for Street Dancer 3D. The call was taken keeping his satellite reach in mind. His films usually work tremendously well on TV and the makers are also reaping huge benefits of the same.”

The source adds that channels are willing to splurge on the film, because Varun is a sure bet. “They plan to sell the satellite rights to a leading channel for an unbelievable price and the channel is okay with it because Varun promises great viewership on the small screen too,” the source continued. “The actor has got a signing amount of Rs 10-11 crore and the remaining remuneration will be given to him from the money the producers make from the satellite and digital rights.”

So he took 10-11cr when signing it and the rest will be when they sell the rights to a streaming and television.

Satellite rights se actor ko 15-20cr aur director ko 3-5cr pay karte hai, rights ko 30-50cr mein bechte hai. Phir bhi movie release ke din logo ko ullu banane ke liye bolenge, the movie is a hit on its first day because of sat and streaming rights.

Who in right mind will pay him 33 crs 😆.

He is not that bankable at all. Infact, his salary should go down after giving duds like Sui Dhaga and Kalank 🤔.

Have a feeling he will get the full 33 crore from the profit sharing not from satellite and digital rights only. Bhushan is shrewd and he is a miser he will never give a better and more profitable deal to Varun than that Khans, Akki gets...Varun's pr. 😆

Bushan miser nahin fudger hai. Woh Dhinka Chika wala movie didn't make profit, toh he couldn't pay his director and Sallu any profit share. Director ne case thok diya, lekin Sallu chu tak nahin ki kyun ke usse back to back blockbuster ka tag chahiye tha Dabbang ke baad. Bhushan ke bohat saare aise flop blockbusters hai.

Wow, never knew Ready did not make a profit...Sallu has an exclusive satellite deal with Star for his films that he got paid ia lump sum if Varun had got such a deal his pr would have released the news of the deal by now and they would not be talking about the satellite and digital rights of Street Dancer only.
