| Shah Rukh Khan is working doubly hard to ensure his KBC performance is flawless. Sources tell us he's rehearsing for hours every day trying to perfect his act. He wants no comparisions with his predecessor Amitabh Bachchan — in other words, he's alleged to have told Siddarth Basu to format the show in such a way that the famous "computerji… lock kiye jaye…" are pass. The promo, aired for 130 seconds, introducing SRK as the new KBC host was quite something. News is the advertisement revenues have doubled compared to what it was when Bachchan was the host. SRK too is being paid a whooping Rs 70 lakhs per episode almost double of what Amitabh was given. No wonder the Bachchans are miffed with both SRK and Star Plus for leaving Bachchan in the cold. |
