A genuine question. Why was article 370 supposed to b bad.

I'm trying to read about it, but didn't understand. Why are kashmiri's angry about it or some people angry about it. Scrapping it is supposed to bring development, jobs, good medical facilities in kashmir, for common person arnt these great things.

Plss don't bash me, I am really asking as a layman here. I just want to know the other viewpoint thats making some people angry.
