Yup, but producers can still make $$ and recover their cost by selling music/satellite/overseas theatrical rights. So, even if Rangoli is making numbers up, it is possible that ekta recovered her cost. And that is true for any producer.

All you will get from her and their PR is nothing but lies, they can fool fans or those who want to be fooled, but the analysts in the industry know what is going on.

Actors and crew on the ground get their money because they sign a contract at the start, so they do not worry if the film is a flop. Unless they are profit sharing or have some kind of conscience, that these two do not have. So she will continue to make flops as long as fools pay up front.

The producers do sell their product, BUT what a lot of people do not understand when they add up all those fake numbers is that there are a lot of middle men before the movie gets out to the theaters for the public to see, and some of these movies are a loss for the venues and the distributors, because they do not earn back their investment. In fact they are in a bad place. When an actor starts doing that, venues do not put up their movies and distributors make deals with producers to get the film at a lesser cost. Basically the actor becomes a down market product. Do not let Rangoli fool you with all that double speak about artistic bull crap. kangana is a loosing enterprise for all that associate with her and her flops do affect the industry.

p.s. for manikarnika they lied also, in fact they lied a lot, one vivid lie is the amounts of screens they reported in the USA for example. I am here to tell you there are not that number of screens available to a film like manikarnika, no way no how....so looking at that you can figure out they enhanced all the figures, and that is when the figures started to fluctuate, even in places like wikipidia, they PR took it over and would manipulate budget and collection almost ever single day. manikarnika was a huge FLOP.

For people, who claimed when a movie is flopping, the satellite, music right talks are brought on, what do you have to say now? Do u stand by your claim and accept the film is flopping or the goalpost is changing? 😆

Example the catering company that feeds the crew, at the end they do not care if a movie makes 100million or zero, because they contract out to feed 100 people for 30 days, at the end even before the movie is edited they pack up and go home with their payment.

kangana and ekta are not changing any goalposts, get off that wooden horse. all they are doing is sabotaging and loosing ground for a lot of very important issues.
