Kangana is brilliant on-screen but...

I saw JHK and Kangana was absolutely brilliant in it! She nailed the part! The movie is trippy as hell and quite experimental(pun unintended!). I feel she really went under the skin of the character, and did justice to each and every frame she was in.

The movie is not meant for everyone - it has Tamasha-like vibes(not in the story, but offbeat content) and I don't expect it to cross 70 crores. Such films seldom work at the box-office. But this is her best performance after Queen, and though i'm a Deepika fan, I must say Kangana aced it! In fact, I will go so far as to say she overshadowed Rajkumar at times!

But my point is, the repulsive personality she has off-screen will detract from her overall likeability. Though she's an extremely talented actress, why does she have to behave so bizarre off-screen? Is she actually "mental"? Just because of all that, I don't count myself as a fan. She must be loosing many more fans because of that. I hope she changes/mends her ways and gives up stalking and harassing people, bullying, lying, and abusing. Otherwise, she is just terrific on-screen.

Thanks! My point was I think Kangana should spend more of her time doing such movies and doing justice to her immense talent, rather than indulging in all those extracurricular activities which are alienating people from her.

We need a Kangana to show mirror to the industry.She is fearless,has no image to protect.She has started several dialogues,people are becoming more aware.

In spite of everything,fans of male stars will be honored ,if she says yes to their idol's film.

I was just having this discussion with my colleague today.... That Kangna is a good performer... Had she chaneled all her strength into giving good quirky performance, she would've been hailed so much....

I can even go on to say that she would've really become successful in Hollywood had she dedicatedly pursued a proper career there..

But off screen persona is really negative and makes me feel she has some psychological issues.... Which unfortunately her family is not looking after...

That's thing, which you are mistaking as a mirror, is a see through glass, from which people are seeing what kind of vile person is she, inadvertently exposing her real-self to the public.

It all goes back to how much of this she can actually control. I think she has psychological issues. I don’t think she belongs in an asylum necessarily but I do believe some of this behavior is beyond her control as she is. Like an addict before treatment. If she would get therapy, maybe take some meds, who knows what she might have accomplished. It honestly makes me sad to think about. It also makes me sad that there really are people just trying to use her in one way or another. She is obsessed by imaginary enemies and ironically can’t see who the real users are.

Completely agree with this post. Watched the movie today, and its not bad! I enjoy this concept so it was fun for me to watch and the performances were good. However, her horrendous off-screen personality and her vile sister present a really strong barrier for me to develop any iota of goodwill towards her. Even if the movie was a decent one-time watch, her off-screen personality and antics kept me from really enjoying it.

I can’t believe that she doesn’t have anyone in her life who cares about her enough to ask her to quit this nonsense.

And this is what only her dwindling fan base want to believe. If everyone who is disgusted by Kangana’s behavior were fans of rivals then Super 30 and XXX would have opened a lot higher 😆.
