Why doesn't she file a defamation case? Why doesn't she have a case against him for all the things she is accusing him of?

He at least made the proofs public

See I don't give a damn about what she says about rest of the world..She can go on abusing (calling out..in her words) people all she wants ..'expose' whoever and whatever..but I don't buy her story on Hrithik.

For once I am actually interested in watching this movie of hers, just because of the concept and also Raj. But she is totally putting me off with her usual rants once again🤦🏽‍♀️

she has filed a court case against the journalists who had a smear campaign against her, she has filed a case against Aditya Pancholi for rape, as for negative PR and PR in general, its not a crime, its common in the movie industry and she never intended to file a case for her affairs. It was HR who gave notice first.

Isn't it defamation? She is saying people called up her costar and advised against working with her. Spread fake news about her fights on sets with directors and producers.. chopping of costars roles.

All this can be damaging to her career. She can file a case. Though nothing can be more damaging than her sister's language and her way of alienating everyone in the industry

she also said that it was not a threatening call, it was calls from acquaintances or colleagues who think she is all that and more coz of the image that has been created by the selective sold media and hance make those warning calls.

Nice interview! At first, I was also apprehensive about her getting into another controversy. But I like the outcome of this. I had been wondering for a while what her team was doing about the incessant negative PR people are doing behind the scenes about her films. As usual, she has taken the route of airing it all out in public. While I have not been supportive of her way to deal with alot of issues and rangoli's idiocy on Twitter, I do agree with her very valid concerns here. The constant negative PR others are doing for her has to stop! If she is such a disease, and pariah, then let her be. Those cowards will maintain their "dignified" silence in-front of public, but pull these nasty tricks behind the scenes. People can think whatever the heck they want, people who actually who follow her can see how incesssant, ridiculous, and untruthful negative PR has been constantly churned for her. After a point, one gets sick and tired of clarifying things constantly, I'm glad she chose to air this out. It is not something anyone should have to deal with.

Maybe he should have tried harder to make a case against her (I can’t believe you’d really want that 😆). I think he should have pushed to charge her under the IT act but he didn’t and the statute of limitations has run for that .

You might recall the negative publicity and circus that erupted from Hrithik sending her a private legal notice to not lie anymore? You might also recall that Aditya Pancholi charged her with defamation, won an initial court ruling ...and she filed a rape complaint against him the next day?

You act as if Kangana and her slimy lawyer would take Hrithik suing for defamation in their stride and defend it with dignity in legal court. 🤣Kangana can’t even respond to Hrithik shifting his movie release date with anything approaching dignity. I would love for him to really unleash on Kangana and pray sometimes he does. But she would do anything, make up any and every terrible lie to hurt him and his family as much as possible and her “fans” would still support her. This way is better. It may be slow but it is sure. Kangana will take care of Kangana all by herself. Hrithik doesn’t need to do a thing .
