He is right, but poor umpiring and also taking in consideration Eng lost all wickets. NZ didn't. It was New Zealand's world cup stolen from. Bloody English. Next biggest thing they stole after Kohinoor
I also didn't get the more boundaries rule, weird.
Also umpiring in that over throw was so crappy.
Although English players of this generation aren't as stupid and arrogant as last generation(or I am not following much cricket nowadays), so I.don't mind them winning much. Plus Stokes is a clutch player.

This world cup doesn't come off "fair"
There are articles from experienced umpire how overthrown runs even if given should have been 5 and not 6 ... NZ wins based on that!
There was an error and it should be fixed I feel ... In a beauty pageant when a wrong winner was declared even if how hurtful it may be, they went ahead and rectified the mistake to declare the correct winner ... ICC should do the same! ... Umpires are humans and they can err too .... but once mistake comes forward it should be fixed and correct winner should be declared .... OR they should do a re-match! ... I mean this win just doesn't sit well on the thrown of fairness (even if it is claimed English players are the most decent, honest and hard working and they deserved it) .... They technically didn't win since a mistake was made!
ICC should really take a concrete step... I mean wold cup comes every 4 years ... many players may retire by then ... it just doesn't look fair ep when many experienced cricketers and even umpires have come forward claiming the same .... If only they can opt for a rematch so the world cup win doesn't look tainted!

A thrilling finish both teams should be proud 👏
Shahid should have read the rules that were shown before the super over was played
stupid clown...do ur mauja hi mauja ...
and dont try to intervene in every thing
rules are rules...they were made well before...and same for all
if u r that much in pain then next time keep track of these things beforehand..
Unfortunately the rules were made before the WC started . But they seriously need to introspect these rules. My biggest disappointment was the 6 runs that went England's way from Ben stokes bat. Now it's coming out that it should have been only 5 runs, that would have changed the entire scenario.
They say cricket is a batsman's game, its proved by ICC too who chose to decide that boundaries decides world cup winners in case of a super over tie.
I would have happily declared joint winners of WC but I guess the ICC rules say otherwise.
