This reminds me of a bengali film called Take One where a leading actress is playing Sita in a film and her personal sex clip gets released and viral before the release of her film. It was a nice film except for the lameass ending.

I would like either Keerthi Suresh or Deepika Padukone as Sita.

I know she can. She has weathered great storms. But she had stated how it did take a toll on her emotionally and I don't want her to go through that again tbh. And this time there will be Bhakta too with their Jai Shri Ram bs.

People getting excited and ready with casting choices and storylines just after hearing the news, but these big projects can easily get shelved. Biggest problem with these multi-starrer projects are that producers want to get popular faces, but every popular face wants to play the best role, and casting directors have the problem of getting the choice of actors right. Plus, audience is not much interested in Ramayana. I remember one year back itself some other director made the same announcement of making a trilogy on Ramayana but public response to this news was so thanda that no one heard about news of that project again.

One movie with highlights is sufficient. Ramayana story is too linear & not as many interesting characters as in Mahabharat.

There are not many good roles for senior actors (like Amitabh Bachan). Only Vishwamitra has a strong personality. But in Ramayana, his role is short.

Ravana can be Rana or Yash (KGF). Who has good biceps for Hanuman role?

Rama character is so plane. I can’t imagine any actor.

Actually Vishvamitra is a far more colourful character. Has anyone watched Vishwamitra by NTR? How is it? Can it be taken up by Bollywood stars?
