I don't think movies are just movies in the psyche of Indian men. It just feels a downer that Pink movie worked so hard to say women have a right to say no and be respected for it.

And here, we have regressed backwards, by saying women should have no say in how the other guy treats her in a relationship and should just accept whatever abuse comes along the way. It's Kabir prerogative to treat her the way he decides to and if in effect, he also had left her in the movie, that also would have been his right. Preeti should just stay mute and deal with it. She has to stay "pure" in marriage but Kabir has the right to go around looking for one-night stands. That is the true psyche of indian audience. that's the psyche of acid throwers too, 'how dare you say no to me. I will throw acid on your face, so you will suffer for it.'

I really wish Shahid had not done this movie. Samantha is perfectly right in her saying I may like a movie but I do not condone the character's behavior as correct.

Samantha is so lovely onscreen. Went to watch my first ever Telugu film in a theatre and she was a treat to watch in Oh Baby!! She should come to Bollywood! So much better than all the Alias, Kritis and aera gera we have in BW right now!

Whatever he said during promotion doesn't matter cause his real face is coming out post release. I don't need to specify why people lie during promotions. Ab paisa kama liya to asli rang bahar aa raha hain.

Any guy who says true love gives you the liberty to slap each other whenever you want is indefensible. And this is the thought process that has gone into Kabir Singh's glorification. He's shown as a hero because the director projects him as one and thinks nothing wrong of it. Like I said, in India if a movie is a huge success it says lot about the people watching it. The effect of cinema don't stay in the theatres. People are defending Kabir's actions and relating to him,sympathesizing with him as their hero and that's the problem. He's no hero. Not even a little bit. And furthering that, they are defending the man's thought process too. So this has gone way beyond the movie.

some of the things people are saying about samantha and other women that didn't like the film, these are being tweeted by the people supporting the sandeep reddy vanga trend, samatha is blocking them coz they are saying such terrible things to her,

vanga himself called critics that didn't like his film parasites and pseudos, so i am not surprised that the fans of the director and film are being so insulting and vile

I was bloody surprised to see that trending today in the morning. Okay I liked the movie, it was entertaining. But this man's statements are WRONG in every sense. What is wrong with our audience.. I thought we were finally getting sensible with the metoo campaign and stuff🤓
