But by your logic, joke or not he is correct then. He is a Parsi and that a Parsi actor in the industry not doing a Parsi role is something he might have problem with if representation is the issue. He himself later stated that he has done other non Parsi roles.

Yeah he's correct about representation. But he is taking on other minority roles. Then he should have not said yes to Malik Kafur since he's taking a Muslim man's role then. And Ranveer was in contention for the role the most hence I brought him up. That's that. If there was news of Jim being in contention I wouldn't have bought Ranveer in. What's with the 'dragging Ranveer for nothing' agenda? Lol. There's a reason I brought him up.

Because Ranveer being in contention for the role or not has nothing to do with why and what Jim commented. If Deepika had then bringing Ranveer might make sense otherwise it is nothing but dragging “lol” .

Questioning whether Jim's hypocritical stand would pertain to his friend who's name was most in contention for a minority role isnt dragging Ranveer in any way at all. I can definitely question him giving passes to other people while he makes statements like these. The 'would he have' well he didn't have a problem with playing minority roles and supporting his friend playing minority roles so my question still stands if things would be different if it wasn't Vicky. And I don't get this washing Ranveer's hands off a friendship with Jim. They are friends.

He tried to say Vicky did a white face. But white facing is not an issue for the armchair activists, so no one appreciated Jim's tweet. That made Jim say, Imma Jokinga, so that he doesn't look like a sore loser.
