I think the blind is to show why the young, top established actress Alia will not take up the role. 😆

1. The superstar is having trouble finding young actors for the upcoming project so he changed the casting director but even the new one could not find suitable actress as the role is performance oriented --- there were rumours of Kriti and Yami auditioning. The blind is trying to show that they were rejected because they were bad actresses.
2. He called up two established actresses one declined, the other one is contemplating and the actor is trying hard to convince her to take up the role in the film even though it is not meaty enough. --- Top actresses are rejecting the role because it is non-meaty (three scene only role) so Aamir is trying to convince actress he is close with to take up the role.

December 2020 is already packed. Aamir and Salman already said they are coming in that month. Karan wants to release Takht in the same month too.

Why not approach people like Karishma or Juhi for this? Go for the senior lot

Strictly for the first option maybe he needs someone with talent whose age is not as visible on their face as she will have to play a young girl too.

At risk of sounding sexist, both Juhi and Aamir look younger than Karishma face wise. IMO! That is why I said strictly first option.
