Katrina has the athletic body and height of PT. Usha -- and Stardom. I can see her looking determined and spirited while running.

The only issue is her acting. Though, i think Kat is a decent actress now, i am not too confident that she can play such complex roles. Unless, she is ready to push herself. A LOT. She will ace the running race part of it like a Professional though.

At one point you describe that Radhika is nothing like Usha, then go on to lol at people saying that actors don't need to look like the biopib characters... #bipolar

Anyways Even if she doesn't look like Usha, her acting chops are 100 times better than both the actresses.... And it's evident recently that content and acting matters more.... Kat might bring in that first day crowd but to sustain it, they need better actor.....

Katrina is good in what she does...but a biopic on P.T. Usha? seriously? I know that stardom sells more than talent but please we are talking about a life of an ordinary woman's extraordinary life. Kat has that larger than life image which can never be suited for the biopic. I personally didn't even like priyanka is mary kom either. For these kind of films, you need the right kind of actresses to fill the shoes, If you'r story is inspirational and motivating, people shall like it no matter what. Times have changed. Look how female oriented films are doing at the BO..its a trend never seen before..

and Jacqueline...oh goodness! how can people even consider her for the part? 😵

Priyanka hasn’t done that type of role in Hollywood though. Maa Anand Sheela is a Hollywood film which will be directed by an Academy Award winning director Bryan Levinson. Bollywood audience knows Priyanka can pull off PT Usha type roles but Hollywood audience doesn’t know she can do a Maa Anand Sheela. She could surprise people if all goes well.

Its a joke for Katrina to even being considered for PT usha's part..the woman who hasn't even managed to speak proper hindi and failed in the accent shall be committing nothing short of blasphemy by portraying such an Inspirational woman onscreen...but oh well ! if they can consider a bad sonam kapooor for neerja then why not her..i won't be surprised at all

Good for her! mostly forum is filled with PC anti-fans so not surprised with all the mocking PC gets.

But i would have still preferred her playing PT Usha over Sheela. BW/HW doesn't matter. Its would have been an honor and value addition to her portfolio. I wished she done both.

The bold parts means nothing though... Academy award happens every year and he is unknown..

I was pointing out the stupidity of people who were saying that Radhika shud do it just bcoz she is dusky like Usha. As if all dusky people look alike. Also, its a sports film so the person shud be athletic which i feel Katrina can pull off on the running part of it. I also wrote that i doubt her acting chops.
