Blind Item: Guess Who?

A RECENTLY release that has opened to lukewarm to snooze reviews isn’t in the mood to go down in history as a damp squib. The makers are trying to salvage the film. We hear they had planned a re-edit, to shorten the film’s sonorous length down to a more acceptable size. But then they were duly informed that a reedit meant they would have to submit to the Censor Board once again and ask for another certificate. Too much in the public eye, no? So now they have decided to let the film carve its own destiny, for better or worse.

Bharat ? That's the only one that comes to mind but it's reception is good to mixed instead of lukewarm 😕

How will bharat go down the history as a damp squib? The movie may not be a 300 cr blockbuster but it is definitely going to be a 200 cr hit.

But I thought the film was doing well. They just made this blind aftr the news of Salman being unhappy with the length of the film started doing the rounds.

About reviews not BO performance. There are some negative reviews not posted in this forum.

Movie will collect nearabout 200 crores or above. World cup hit it as well . People around me will never leave World cup match for a movie and next Sunday will take bigger hit bcoz it's India Pakistan. That day collection will be very low. People are not going to miss that match lol.

Still it is good that a clean hit is better than being a flop! Not all movies can collect 300 crores. But a 200 crore clean hit is good for everyone involved and no-one suffers a loss. I m happy for Salkat. They really worked hard for this movie. Critics have their own biased agenda against so nothing new. But a clean hit movie is good for both actors
