Sara still leads in interviewing skills and offscreen charisma. Ananya needs a lot of coaching. I can see why people find her annoying offscreen. She was a little loud and aggressive during the interviews.

If you only compare facewise then it's a close. I've watched teenage Tara in her Disney shows, and imo Ananya looks better in that comparison. But present day Tara topples Ananya for me just because of her flawless skin, even if she has slightly better features.

Honestly every other common person will look more natural than Jhanvi considering how many surgeries she has gone through.

Not to mention, Sara also did much better in her debutant film than many others. If you compare her performance to Alia in SOTY 1 or Jahnvi in Dhadak than it is not even close. Sara was far more natural and confident. The confidence in her personality also comes across in her performance. She gave the bubbly girl a fresh take after years of actresses trying to recreate Geet from Jab We Met. Sara gave her character a more blunt, bold take. She wasn't afraid to stand up for what she felt was right be it to her parents or her douchebag fiance who cheated her sister before her. Her dance skills got proven in Ankh Mare. While she isn't stunning she is attractive. Certainly more attractive and feminine looking than the likes of Alia. So yes, if you have other parts of the package then looks should not be the only deciding factor on how much attention you get. I have not seen SOTY 2. But I doubt I will see either of the girls do something meaty. Alia was just a flowerpot in KJO's college story just like Rani in KKHH.
