Well she had an extended cameo in Simmba. If it’s only one song where she left her mark in the movie, isn’t it same like Item songs ? Yes she was phenomenal in Kedarnath, best debutant last year, somebody I have put my bet on after like years in the race of who’s gonna be the next female superstar etc etc. but Simmba I dont think helped much.

But yeah, thanks to Simmba’s all promotional events, she came to the fore. I loved her in all offline promotions and interviews !!

Being a Varun fan, I am not excited about KN1 itself, why should I dance my joy around when another of my fav is tagged to the same shitty project ? All VD fans are interested in this pairing but I dont see any of them looking happy for him doing CN1. Lol.

Like I said earlier in one of the other threads related to her. Simba definitely helped her to get the solo promotions and public recognition. Kedarnath alone wouldn't have been sufficient to make her popular.

Plus indian ppl people like anybody white skinned doing a massy dance number ( but not if they start coming in every movie like aloo)

Plus her coduct in those simba interviews is quite cool for a newbie. She s not that awkward.
