Truth about Kalank and Sridevi

I was always wondering why legend Sri would approve such a nasty movie. For past few months ive been sitting and thinking WHY. Just WHY. Why my Sri would do this? I know the movie was changed a bit for Madhuri but the overall story was the same.

Then finally while eating burnt toast and phatta hua dood .... it came to me. I cracked the case.

The truth is that Sridevi was going to do Kalank...... because of Janhvi Kapoor.Karan gave Janhvi her debut film and that other biopic one where she plays a robot astronaut. This was a saazish.

What does Karan want in return? he wants to cast Sridevi in a film with Alia and make Alia look superior. His plan was to dethrone the queen and elevate Alu. He suceeded in doing it with Alia but my god, Sridevi was saved from the moronic saazish plan of Dharma Papa and Beti Bhatt.

You both deserve the failure of Kalank, and I hope Kalank is always a Kalank in your life and the after-effects always haunt you. How dare they plan to sabotage my queen? I just hate them for this. Nobody is allowed to tarnish my Queen like this. I just imagine dancing on Tabah Ho Gaye and what plan these chachundar's had for her. My heart is breaking more than how Ranbir broke Deepika's

That "case" was cracked a few years ago, when media started to throw Jhanvi and Sri's names for "Kalank". In case you want to spend a few more months "cracking" cases, aloo in SLB's film is also part of a deal. 🤣 And no, no one got "dethroned", unless you mean the mediocre aloo and her shitty godfather, who "ruled" in their own minds.

I thought it was a known news that Sri accepted kalank in return of dhadak favor...

Ofcourse he planned on making Aloo the next superstar... That too in so less time.... Isiliye offered the role to Madz later..... In a way they deserved this mooh Kala hona.... This type of manipulation is really really pathetic...

I thought it was common knowledge that Sri accepted Kalank bcz of Jhanvi’s dhadak

Given a choice I am guessing she wouldn’t want to be saved that way, even if she knew Evil Papa and Beti’s true intentions beforehand

Considering how she was "saved" I am sure everyone would have had her bear the "moronic sazish" instead

Whether Sridevi took up Kalank for her daughter or not, having watched the film, I can easily say she would've aced the acting part of Bahaar Begum. Madhuri definitely suited the part where she dances to Tabah ho gayee because she is a much better dancer currently than Sridevi (the jhalak episode of them together showed that Sridevi had lost touch with dancing). But man, during all the emotional scenes, I was missing Sridevi so much. Esp the scene after Tabah ho gayee where Zafar grabs Begum and confronts, those big expressive eyes of Sridevi would've taken that scene notches above. Madhuri was literally dead in that scene and in the whole movie with whatever footage she had in he story.

What a woman she was, to sacrifice her own career.....and be willing to work in a flop movie just to advance her daughter? Thats so selfless of her. I miss her so much my god
