Lets be honest.... Tara/Ananya look horrid in SOTY2....They literally look like extra's on a b-grade movie, even their clothing and magazine covers look atrocious . Full focus is on Tiger but even he isnt being presented as good as he can .....

On top of that he gave Alu a role in Kalank that she was completely misfit for. It was almost like Cinderella's sister forcing the shoe to fit. now he gave Alia a sexy song and again people are bashing her. Yeh nahi ho sakta......something is wrong somewhere. IS he doing this on purpose?

Sadly Varun suffered too by being a part of such a bad movie - it hurt his brand value - especially after floppy Susu Dhaga and October ...he gave kacha deal to Chandramukhi too.

I cant help but wonder if this is being done on purpose? The way Karan has been hiding and the way he hid from Kalank......Bramastra/Good News being delayed...........something shady is going on what is KJO doing?

There is no way all of this can be a coincidence or not planned? Karan Knew Kalank was going to fail. HE KNEW. But iska plan hai Kya I cant figure it out

Yes, iska hi plan tha to dubaao alia and the team and not only that he is master planning to dubaao the whole BW by releasing SOTY 2

He just wants to earn more now that he has kids . But he is full of negativity and wants to make movies for money rather than passion. He wanted his own Deepika . (Alia) And he wanted younger version of Kareena (Alia).

Everyone knows Alia's flaws. But now that he has established Alia is the best thing in the industry through intense promotion in KWK, he wants to throw anything at us (Alia in period dramas and Alia being sexy).

but how can he be so blind to her shortcomings? You cant make everyone do everything...shouldnt he know that as a producer/director?.....what possessed him to just put her out there knowing very well that she cannot pull it off? Thats like an extreme level of shade being thrown by Karan? Its so far-fetched that it must be on purpose?

I agree with comments above. He wants to make more and more money. He also wants to be known as this person who introduces the stars and talents. He wants to be the star maker. His plan worked pretty well for a few years with Alia. I think ultimately he got arrogant in his own methods and overestimated things, including Alia’s abilities.

All of that being said, it’s just one big flop and one badly done song. If he takes the lessons from these and plans better next time he can continue to succeed. But Inshallah and Brahmstra might do Alia more harm than good, so let’s see.
