He must be OCI. Them do not require visa to stay and work in India. But they do not have right to vote or buy agricultural land in India.

Overseas Citizen of India. Katrina is not Indian or of Indian descent. She probably stays in India on work permit. If she wants she can apply for Indian citizenship though as she has stayed in India for over a decade without causing any disruption or problems. Dr. Nene on the other hand is a person of Indian descent and is married to an Indian citizen so he is eligible for OCI. Australian Cricketer Shaun Tait holds an OCI too as he is married to an Indian.

HONESTLY, this party or that party the condition of country either remains same or getting worst. i know its important to vote but showing off your fingers certainly not shall make any difference IMO. the person who wants to vote shall go anyhow and those who don't, shall not do so...simple
