My theory is before she lacked confidence in speaking the language. I have noticed that in her interviews, she speaks freely when she talks English but when in Hindi, there's a certain level of discomfort and apprehension. Whether she is pronouncing the words properly or not She gets more technical, not able to emote better.

With Zero, ALR might have helped her with that. And she realized she can do better and outdo herself perhaps.

People have set such low standards of acting for Kat that her saying 3 lines impressed the shit outta them.

Frankly I feel she's getting worse. And I loved her in New York. She was never a good actress but somehow she had that emotional vulnerability and hotness...deadly combo...that used to work like in NL, NY, all Akki movies.

Now I feel she's past that.

She used to be so cute in those days. Someone mentioned about the language but I think after 15 years in BW you should have been able to be nearly fluent in Hindi without trying much by now 😆 Can't say she's worse though. Just doesn't have much emotion when she delivers her lines.

Pretty much this.

Seems everyone after breakup with him has a..moment of clarity and starts taking their acting more seriously. Deepika's career flourished after. Maybe Katrina's career will flourish, too- she already showed a different side in Zero. Good luck to her.
