If she was truly passionate, she's be Open to learning her craft by getting better with each movie, not just cast herself in projects and do her same, smile, nostril flare, forehead scrunch, and call it a day. Even Deepika has range from Veronica, to meenaamma to Leela, to Mastani.
What she is doing, taking projects from someone who truly could have made it their own, kills the goodwill of sportsmanship and tells people, as long as you have a godfather or someone powerful to make things happen, you can do whatever you want. Funnily enough, Kangu in her better days said something to this effect that , if you owe your career to someone else, then that person can just as easily break you, but if you make your own career, no one can hurt you.
