Bajirao Mastani is a dream project that did not fail. It took SLB almost ten years to make the project. He shelved the movie twice before he was able to make it in 2014/2015.
I do remember but that has to be the worst dream project ever. Ranveer got something after hearing KJo's dream narration too 😆
Vaani Kapoor is just one film old with Shudh Desi Romance and now we'll see her in yet another YRF productionBefikre, to be released on December 9. This project is very important for her as the film is being directed by Aditya Chopra.
"It was fun as well as a great learning experience working with Adi. I had met him a couple of times during my first film he is a really cool, calm, chilled out person and a focused director. In fact, I was more scared of Manish Sharma. The way Adi takes care of little nuances of filmmaking makes you realise his deep passion for the industry. This film is special to him and being a part of his dream project is indeed a big deal for me, says Vaani.
In real life, the actress is not befikre' at all. She gets worried about the smallest of things. "I have cats, dogs, monkeys and ducks at home it's like a mini zoo. I take care of them and get stressed often. I do not take anything for granted I like to shoulder every responsibility. My loyal friends and family are always there for me and I share a very good equation with them, says Vaani.
When the Delhi girl decided to become an actress, she had no connections in Bollywood. "After giving auditions and being selected, I thought this is the place for me. I never get awestruck by anyone's persona nor do I get intimidated on the sets not even Adi's, nor does he try to intimidate newcomers. He'd say portray your real self and do not get bugged by society's judgment. You need to believe in yourself and go ahead in life. After a few years, everything settles down.' This instilled a lot of confidence in me, she says.
Is she confident of staying here in Bollywood and has she adapted herself to the industry? "Time will tell if I am here to stay or not. I will leave no stone unturned as far as hard work is concerned. After Befikre, I have become more confident. Right now, we are all waiting to see the audience's reaction. It is a fun-filled, romantic film that promotes the carefree spirit of an individual. After doing this film, I have also turned a little Befikre, she adds with laughs.

Befikre WAS Aditya's dream project...I knwo what you are thinking...it shouldve been called a nightmare project lol but it was Adi's dream to do a "current" raunchy over-sexualized movie

Vaani said it so that she can showoff. She had to wait almost three years post SDR before Adi casted her in a movie. Adi never said or alluded it was a dream project. According to that open letter, he wrote Befikre for fun while he was writing his most ambitious script. Now that ambitious project could be his dream project who knows. 😆http://t2online.com/entertainment/reclusive-aditya-chopra-not-only-writes-an-emotional-open-letter-but-shares-pic-of-himself/cid/7389
