THUS: Kalank is probably reaching around 18-19 cr in Day 1. Not 20+. Thus BBOI and other sites rteport what KJo wa t- inflated numbers.

I wasn't questioning their authenticity, I was talking about you using their samples of 4 bloody multiplexes(maybe 10-15 screens at most), and trying to make it like that must have happened all over the 4000 screens.

Hence saying even I can compare Bihar's footfalls regarding Gully Boy and claim it failed in India.
They are just using sample of four multiplex, and you want me to take sampling as footfalls for all over India??
Like Melissa said, that does give us an idea that movie isn't liked much, but you seem to forget a simple math that this movies has more screens than Gully Boy and has higher ticket price, so it earning just 2 crores more isn't a conspiracy.

Since I am jobless and vella as fcuk, I actually did the stupid math as per the data provided by BollyTrick. So they had footballs of Kalank in total 9576 from the provided data, while Gully Boy 11088, and as per them ticket price is 20-25 percent high, lets take average ticket price is Rs. 100, than Gully Boy earned 1108800, while Kalank with 20 percent inflation got 1149120, and if 25 percent it will get 1197000. And lets say this is the same pattern lower one 20 percent one, than Kalank is earning 1.036 to Gully Boy's 1. So if Gully Boy got 19.5 crores from 3350 screens meaning it was earning 58208.955 per screen. So by that logic Kalank is earning Rs. 58208.955 multiplied by 1.036 meaning total 60304.477 per screen. And that multiplied to 4000 screens, means Kalank should be earning 241217980, meaning actually if we go by the samples Kalank actually should have earned more.

And even if we take 10 percent price hike, than also Kalank should have earned 22.11 crores.

And no I am not saying my maths is exactly what happened or I am great, just showing that sample data used to determine a whole picture is bullshit.
