The lady taking it with a smile, in front of a 1000 cameras, not to create a scene after being humiliated because when she does all people saying why didn't she give it back to him, it's her fault will only end up saying things like 'arey isski dress asiee hai' 'why is she being rude, he's only patting her back' I mean which he IS quite literally.

You can clearly see Urvashi's expression change to "Omg did he just do that?" and she clearly looked embarassed and offended after he touched her inappropriately.
