Deepika's name has been attached to this film since the beginning. Wouldn't be particularly surprising. If not this, these two will do something else. All the recent drama is not for nothing 😆

I hope De Dana Dan is a disaster, and this project gets scrapped as a result 😆

Girls like that who support those men in their worst moments dont represent the majority of her fanbase, I can tell you that for sure. Her fanbase cared about her MeToo comments,pay parity comments. They know her as an ally. That's the majority of her fanbase. Even the desi diaspora puts her on a pedestal for this. Like I said the GP wont care but her image will take a massive hit amongst netizens. The way she was celebrated for Chhapaak...well she can say goodbye to that as well.

the fanbase you're talking about is just a tiny fraction, whom Deepika needs to show off her feminism side, otherwise her majority fanbase is still shippers, hence you see her always pleasing them with DeepVeer and DeepBir moments, which heavily influence her public relations.
Anyways I think she will not do this movie because it has nothing for her, nor they are gonna pay her good.
