I wish it released this year itself though. She hasnt had a Bollywood release since 2016. Freaking 4 years.

Clashing with tanhaji not sure if ots a good idea. That said this firstlook is too realistic n bears uncanny resemblance to lakshmi. The prosthetics team has done a fine job. The way deepika portraying sadness n hope through her eyes n smile is fabulous..she will do justice to the role. And since her name is Malti it means its not a biopic.

Meghna was definitely right when she said that she chose Deepika because of the strong resemblance she has to Laxmi. Meghna never goes wrong lol 😆😆
