I always wonder how wud Ranveer performed Bombay Velvet. Sadly we cud never know. When someone if finalized it is basic decency to not grab it. Ranbir is arrogant who knows the benefits of nepotism.

Yeh kab se le raha hai, sab toot pade hain defense mein aur baaki janta maze le rahi hain.

Seeing the explanation made from both ends ... I have a question ... Deepika is always the first choice per many "articles" ... but in the end a lot of movies don't always have her and end up in someone else's lap and filmmakers say "abc (current actor in the film) was always the first choice"! ...
