Maybe she means being the camera. Actors/actresses make-up only a little portion of the film industry. There are filming crew, the make up artists, hair dressers, assistants, writers, directors, technicians, cooks, designers, choregraphers...

okay...yea. this makes more sense...but still #MeToo was needed...to get that fear in at least a few minds... at least a few women would have had a safer time..

They use this excuse for everything. From maternity leave to workplace harassment, EVERYTHING. Its like woman needs to work as per their convenience or else they don't deserve a job.

I agree that Me too movement derailed badly. But wow when somebody says lets hire just men as there will be no issue. So they are ok to work with a potential criminal. I love how they normalise this behaviour and find the woman who is complaining as the main source of problem.

Trust bollywood to use a movement about women speaking up about sexual harassment to ban women from working in the industry😊 as if the Women who got harassed are the problem,not the men who harassed them. How cool😊 I hope if someone Robs their house they would burn the house n live in jail themselves as solution😊
