Bhaag bhaag sher aya sher was far more impactful than apna time ayega.

I saw the movie and I must say Sidhanth stole the show.

He was good but ranveer was better. Murad's vulnerability at his first rap battle where he is just mouthing his lyrics to end where he raps apna time ayega was remarkable . Waise I liked Moen more than MC Sher.

tbh i don't think anyone outshined anyone in the film, everyone did really well in their roles. Siddhant was very good as MC sher but he did not outshine ranveer. Ranveer played murad perfectly, he showed murad's vulnerability so beautifully, i felt bad for murad, i cheered for him, i wanted him to succeed, for me its ranveer's best performance in his career, for someone like ranveer who has usually played larger than life characters to pull down his energy level and play someone so different is a huge achievement

i agree MC sher didn't have alot of layers, we didn't really get to know much a bout him except for that one scene of him in his house, Murad was very layered, we see a whole journey of his character from a shy, quiet, frustrated boy to a confident, happy, strong man, murad finds his voice, in my opinion Ranveer's role was more complex and deep than MC sher's

siddhant was very good and its great he is getting recognition for his performance, but i don't think he outshone anyone, everyone played their roles very well, ranveer, alia, siddhant, vijay raaz, vijay varma, amruta subhash all did wonderful performances

I just came back from the theatre an while Ranveer was truly amazing in it, I quite agree with you on this. All of the scenes where these two are together I felt he stole the show from Ranveer in every frame.
Also, I feel Alia was outstanding in the movie. Just brilliant! Loved Ranveer too and honestly I only went to watch the movie for him but left the movie hall with several performers par excellence lingering on in my mind.

If you're talking about praising Siddhant then nah, he has been saying in every other interview how Deepika loved his work, said he's so cute irl yet played this role etc 😆 He also wanted to dedicate 'Mera rap sun ke teri ladki boli ye toh mera wale gaana hai' to Ranveer because Deepika said it😆

Sid wasn't one note in the movie.
Didn't we all saw how he was reacting when Murad went to meet him at his home, and how he was trying to ignore his dad and his taunts.
Or the way he was upset when Kaambhari taunted him about his father in rap battle.
Murad was a very well thought, well written and main character of the movie, obviously he would be given chances to show more shades.
