I really like her, she seems very humble and critics movies without insulting anyone's work .

Of course, she can be a bit pretentious and elitist at times. Every now and then she has a head-scratcher like praising Befikre. Her channel is my go to for film reviews.
I also find it highly ethical that she does not review VVC films on her platform. It is a conflict of interest and she is very professional about it. People give her flak for it. But people would lose their shit if she reviewed VVC films as well.

Although my favorite on Film Companion is Sucharita Tyagi. She is hilarious. I love her energy and enthusiasm. She makes it light and fun. I live vicariously as a film critic through her.

Agree with you on all points especially the fact that I think it's ethical that she does not review her hubby's productions on her platform. All these people who are mad with her about that would definitely loose their shit if there was even one positive review from her side about his films.

Her channel, Rajeev Masand and Baradwaj Rangan are my go to's for film related content.

Of course Sucharita is a fave.

As a critic she is biased so I don't really take her reviews to heart. I have found some of her interviews to be okay though.

This. You can see that on her movie discussions with Rahul and Sucharita. The woman always succumb to Rahul's arguments.

Nawaz took her to cleaners when she was trying to club all the commercial cinema in one bucket, and bashed them all😆.
