Following the ill-fated Pulwama terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to scrap the Article 370 that grants special status to Jammu and Kashmir and also apparently limits the power of the parliament for making laws concerning the state.

Speaking about the same, Kangana reportedly said that the country needs to come together during such trying times and use it to do something constructive. She added that the attack is not on the soldiers but on the country as a whole.

Elaborating further, she stated that although our anger is justified, we should do something constructive. She then requested PM Modi to scrap Article 370. According to the actress, after so many years of Independence, no state in our country should live in a state of confusion as to where they belong.

On the professional front, she was last seen in Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi' which received positive response from both the audience and the critics. She will next be seen in Mental Hai Kya' along with Rajkummar Rao.
