I guess it means that all the infidelity is physically. His heart' belongs only to one and his body to several 😆 😆 😆

That reminds me of Kangana twisted statement. Remember her mails where she said she wants to have physical relationship with Ranbir. And when he said, why not a proper relationship? She said "Bcoz she is in love with someone else".

Emotional infidelity is to care for another person other than the one you are committed to. To care for them, become attached to them, think about them like you do when you like someone. Attraction is different and more instant and temporary but when you are enamoured by someone and would rather be with them than with your girlfriend, is when you are an emotional infidel.
