Have yet to see the movie. Although, I will say that Alia's character seems very intriguing from whatever I have seen so far. Usually, Alia's performances have a lot of heart in them. For me, even in Kapoor and Sons she was great despite having a small role. I wouldn't be surprised if people loved her here as well even if it was not as big of a role as Ranveer's.

Tm, you need to watch the movie. I watched the movie and she surely did not steal the show.

while SH is doing his usual tricks, I think most will feel Alia is the show stealer because of the character which is in your face, badass and the only ''massy'' character in the movie with dialogue baazi and one liners.

Also Ranveer's Murad is a very simple person, not his usal OTT scene stealer. He is quiet, doesn't react easily and looks around the world as a bhola who is always in awe of people who are more confident than him. Hence you can see how he is with Sky, MC and Safeena, mostly following them. Hence people may find he was overshadowed, but I didn't find anyone overshadowing anyone. As my definition of overshadowing is someone giving better performance than everyone else, which I didn't find tbh. Ranveer gave an excellent performance, so did everyone else.
