Can someone explain to me why people are quick to think everything related to relationship issues points to Ranbir?

This blind CLEARLY stats that this actor has no BO pull and is indicating he isn't a star. Ranbir gave the biggest hit of 2018..seriously lol. Context clues, folks.

people were thinking that its either SSR...i even thought it might be Karthik... but since the other blind matches RK and this one is similar...
