This has nothing to do with Kangana. Alia just likes to present herself as someone who is friendly and friends with all the top actresses no matter what. While promoting Raazi she talked about what a great heart Ranbir has and how she'll always have Katrina's back all in the same interview. Deepika's husband being there was also an incentive.

Yep!! Filmfare interview right before Raazi. She was on the cover and the headline was something about RK's great heart. What's interesting is up until that point Katrina used to like all her instagram posts. When Alia posted this cover on insta Katrina liked it and then an hour or so later unliked it and that was the end of Kat/Alia BFF'ness.
