oh okay when rk said Alia auditioned and sonam said a lot of famous actresses auditioned for sawaariya, I thought it was the same. But Alia still looks like a teenager which is creepy for her to be with rk

but the fact is she may look teenager but she isn't one.
Just because she looks like one, doesn't mean she will never get to date guys older than her, may not look as kiddy as her.

Rk is 11 years older then Alia and for someone like her who already looks and acts younger then her age, I find that creepy couple. But with Shahid and Mira, I find them the perfect couple because they look like the same age and seems like they have the same upbringing for their children.

Or maybe people could just mind their own business.😆

Alia does not look like a teenager. She looks her age. I don't know what you guys are on about. She has started looking older when she lost weight. Mira looks older than her age. Who cares...

Though I agree with the notion that people are yet underdeveloped mentally in their early 20s, if two consenting adults want to marry each other then it doesn't matter what we think. You also have to realise that every person is unique and one person's peak mental maturation level does not equal another's. Indeed, a 20 year old may be more mature than a 40 year old - a lot of factors contribute to this.

Plus people have different goals in life, so they'll make their choices accordingly. Perhaps Mira valued starting a family over other things in life.

As I've already said, age is not an indicator of maturity. It definitely is dependent on life experiences and how self-aware one is.

This was a full on arranged marriage so I doubt anything happened back then. Their families knew of each other and had a mutual spiritual guru so it's not that shocking that they were at the same event together before. But I don't think anything happened when Mira was 16. Wasn't there a story that when Shahid's family approached Mira's with the proposal at first Mira's family thought it was for Ishaan because of the age difference?

As for their age difference, I was kind of surprised that Shahid himself said if he had to do it all over again he'll pick someone older than Mira. I guess certain differences due to age are catching up to him.

I don't think past record renders RK incapable of dating.. Yes, he has commitment issues but from what I have seen in real life, the person needs to meet that one person for whom he would be willing to deal with such issues.. Now its not necessary that he finds that person or even wants to get over the commitment issues.. But ya.. I don't think RK is not the one for dating.. But one should be cautious, very cautious about dating this guy😆
