I don't think age gap is really an issue between a couple when they are so happy with each other!

The bonding between Shahid and Meera looks very genuine and apart from some baseless blinds, there are no evidences of Shahid being unfaithful with his wife either...Any other young actors could take the advantage of enjoying their lives with the other girls while their wife would be at home. At least they don't look like cheating partners.

Moreover, it's actually Shahid who brings up the topic of age gaps in the interviews moreoften and also surprisingly he even told that if he would be given chance to go back to his bachelor time, then he would decide to marry someone older than Meera. So I think the age gap may bother him sometimes only, but nothing more than that. Good thing is that both of them have admitted that they try to learn about each other for every passing time, and that's what the base of every great relationship is.

I don't understand the big issue about age difference, even though Shahid is older, he still looks young and they make a great pair. It's all about love and Age is nothing but a number. Some people are immature and some people are mature, it has nothing to do with age.

Compare Alia and actresses who were in the same age as her, you'll notice she acts and looks more childish then people her age.

I didn't want to make another post for this but I think Shahid is insecure of age because in KWK he said she might leave me for someone younger😆 but age has nothing with maturity, it's life experience that has a lot to do with it.

Alia and ranbir should be illegal because she looks like a teenager girl. Ranbir said she audition for sawaariya when she was 10, who wants to see 10 year old romancing especially Alia who probably looked like she was 5 or baby then.

Has anyone called Shahid a pedophile yet? People on this forum love throwing that word around like candy as soon as a May-December romance is in news. As long as both are consenting adults, IDGAF and it's nobody's business.

I love this forum for their sweeping statements. Just cos it's weird from your view doesnt mean it really is.

Some said 10 years diff is big and the person is totally evolved. Not everyone wants a buddy as their partner.

Exactly I never wanted someone whose the same age me. All my friends are older then me by 5 years or 10 years or even 20 years. Also not everyone evolves, some people was mature and made wise decisions at a younger age. Maturity don't have nothing to do with age, it's your experience in life.
