I did not find anything extraordinary in Raj and same goes to Ranbir. Both are equal for me.

The question is about acing. RKR is better by miles. Ranbir is not even close.

Star quality. RKR has nearly none. Ranbir does have that.

Rajkummar is more versatile, Ranbir has his own strengths but his range has been very limited so far. His acting has been pretty much same across all his films, I still loved his performance in Barfi and Rockstar though. The latter was some weird movie though.

Let me put it this way...

If Rajkumar Rao was a Kapoor scion - he would be compared to Ranbir in the KWK question, and win.

Ranbir is not versatile. He plays the same role to different ranges and settings, so he's mastered it. RR is, he's seen acting the hard way, done drama, worked for his roles, and is a method actor. But he doesnt have Kjo.. yet 😆

Yes, he puts efforts into the role he is playing and has a very clear dialogue delivery :)

Also he stole the show in BKB, where he was a supporting character..says a lot about his talent and Stree ke toh kya kehne - totally fantastic! Now going to watch Shahid and Aligarh just to watch his performances..

As an actor? Yes, RKR has more depth and talent than Ranbir.

As a star? Ranbir has more face value and charisma as a celebrity than RKR.

But Ranbir is inaccessible on social media. This is a huge disadvantage in this day and age. RKR is endearing himself more to people by being more accessible and open. I just saw him take up the ELKDTAL challenge and people responding positively to it.
